England's lush green rolling hills, manicured to perfection and begging for someone to stroll through its glorious gardens...afternoon tea is calling! While London is obviously the destination within England that can't be missed with all of its historic sights, hip boutiques, royal allure and so forth, there are many other fascinating locations such as the Cliffs of Dover, Stonehenge, Bath and the lovely English countryside that are worth a look as well. The countryside is peppered with charming little towns offering plentiful accommodations, quaint pubs and friendly locals just waiting to be discovered....a trip to England would not be complete without a visit to the countryside.
Back to London and the obvious sights not to be missed. There are so many attractions you could stay a month and still not take them all in however do not miss Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, the British Museum with the world's greatest collection of antiquities from ancient Greece, Rome and Asia and Harrods where only those with great taste and style may venture...and a big wallet helps too!
